There were several nearby subway and bus stations, making it easy to access anywhere in Madrid. Also, there was a free water dispenser, which was helpful. In addition, the hotel staff were friendly and pleasant.

We are regular customers of IBIS hotels. This time wasn’t a nice stay. First day we arrived at noon time and checked in. Room was cold. Try the A/C to heat. Didn’t work. Housekeeper was at the hallway she couldn’t do it either. She said will inform the reception. When we return to the room around 8.30 pm room was very cold. I called the reception and complained. She called her manager and hotel is full she can provide us blankets. We couldn’t shower or sleep properly. I woke up with a sore throat. It was really cold. Next morning hoping to hear from the manager she didn’t care until I raised my voice receptionist give us another room. After we change the room he said it is only for 2 nights then we have to change again. I raise my voice again I ask for manager to call me . Finally she called and we stayed in the same room till the end. Before I raise my voice she could call to apologize at least. How could they give a room without checking if it is OK! Our reservation made 5 months in advance.
