I still have not received my invoice despite multiple requests

Great location in good neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. Handy to the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Not much in the room - kettle etc. We think tea and coffee may have been available downstairs but this wasn’t explained to us and there was no information on the hotel facilities in the room . The staff were very helpful and friendly and booked us an early morning taxi .

Upon check-in, we discovered previous customers’ underwear in the toilet. I immediately informed the staff who promptly removed it from our room. I requested a new room due to concerns about the cleanliness of the original. However, he informed us that there weren’t any available. This solution seemed unsatisfactory. At the very least, he should have contacted the cleaners to have the room thoroughly cleaned.

No fresh vegetables at the breakfast. Olives, cucumber - is basic. Overall breakfast quality - good. Another point: room description should say that the room me and my son got (room 111) is more suitable for couples. The room is good, but we should know target audience for the room to make right choice.
