I had a very good stay and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The front desk staff were very patient, attentive, and friendly. They answered all of my questions carefully and made me feel very reassured. When I was feeling unwell and needed help, the staff also kindly assisted me in calling a doctor, which I truly appreciated. Every time I left or returned to the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly, which made me feel welcomed and cared for. The room temperature was comfortable, the facilities were complete, and the room felt safe and comfortable. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for their help and care. This stay exceeded my expectations.
