Great location, easy access from the motorway. Parking is expensive city prices. Friendly staff, very helpful. Room with a city view was lovely, spacious and warm, however, housekeeping needed to be called in to service our room. Breakfast was nice despite cooked meals (eggs and sausages) being cold. Overall a lovely convenient for everything hotel in the city.

nice rooms looking over city, comfy bed but small if sharing as only double. TV had issues to keep finding signal for channels, shower was over a bath, Luke warm temp in the mornings when others showering. Keep an eye on your room tab as we had an $80 restaurant charge that was not ours. Breakfast in the restaurant had a lovely selection.

We arrived around 5 pm on a Saturday initially seemed good. got upto the room and it was very small especially for one they advertise for families. the room was cold and LLOUD could hear every noise from hallway including the elevators could hear road noise too. I rang the reception and asked if we could be moved room, they said they'd get right back to me but never called back. tired to get a carpark also but nothing available

The chrome cast didn’t work the whole time so plans to watch movies with my teenager did not go well and there was no update and it didn’t work the whole time. Even though the website said flexible shower head there wasn’t one, breakfast was just average. Rooms were tidy and staff were good

We were really well looked after by Xanthe. Fog disrupted our incoming flight and meant we were unable to arrive for our first night, but she was incredibly friendly, understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond to make what was a stressful start to the trip much easier, and we really appreciated her kindness and excellent customer service.

Access to Lambton Quay not accessible after 7pm - far too early. Hotel is tired and in need of updating. Elevators are scruffy and carpeted - look like trade lifts. Expensive breakfast and doesn't even include a barista coffee. Yet the barista is stood there not making coffees for anyone?
