Pros: clean throughout, comfy beds, plenty of things to make your tea/coffee including decaf, attentive and friendly staff, quick check in/out, everything worked. Cons: weak A/C. Quirks: tap is so tiny, we couldn't get the kettle underneath it to fill and we could barely fit our hands underneath it to wash them. The bathroom door was fitted the wrong way round, so the towel rail was on the outside. Pros definitely outweigh the cons. We would stay there again.

Although the staff were not the greatest - we had two rooms booked for our 1 night stay, paid the same amount, booked on same day, but we were apparently not the same - the check in receptionist was short and snappy with me when I asked if I could get the two rooms together. One was ready early, one was not. One had welcome treats, one did not . Aside from this, the room was clean, fully stocked, and comfortable for my one night stay. Location was great, we were surrounded by local amenities and the kids enjoyed the pool time they managed to squeeze in.
