Very comfortable, clean and well located hotel with some great amineties and fantastic breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable and staff customer service was excellent. Sadly is was busy due to time of year limiting our ability to use the pool in the evening. But it was empty in the morning. A larger clearer sign on the jacuzzi start button would have been good as a bonus. It took a while to find.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were mostly pleasant and helpful. Issues that need to be revised 100% are the shower/ bathroom facilities in the rooms. No lock on the door, frosted see through glass on the doors, that are not one bit private when lighting is on the shower room. Gap in the join of the door that a person can see through. Totally NOT suitable for a family travelling with teenage boys. Spoke with reception re issue ans seemingly all the rooms are the same in the hotel. Toilet is separate to wash basin and shower, so have to walk around the room to wash hands after using the toilet. Needs sorting. Also menu in restaurant and bar could do with revision and better selection for both adults and children. Very expensive to eat in the hotel too.

My only negative was the room was cold, we were given a tad to plug in but had to stay on 24/7 .. cold bathroom and extensive. no storage had to live out of suitcases which leaves you stepping over things as not enough room
