Room was fair and clean. The gym did not open until 7am which means I didn’t have time to use it in the morning before work. There appeared to be no reason for this whatsoever as is was not being cleaned and was not supervised. The restaurant was open from 6 to accommodate those needing food………..!

It was exactly average. The customer service was average, the room was average, the floor in the room was disgusting, the bed was okay, the room was cold and I couldn’t sleep as a result. The bathrooms are fine, average. The location is good.

Check in was quick and pleasant no explanation on were my room or what room I had. I was checked into an accessible room when I booked a standard double. The car was dirty and heavily stained. The TV didn't work I rung down to reception to be told my colleague is on a break (female voice on the phone) and she would come up in 10 mins. No one came up I called back down 15 minutes later to be met with a male voice who said my room would go into black out and if this didn't work call back. Not is this ok would you prefer someone to come up. i went to bed not knowing the bed was two beds pushed together awlful to then opening my curtains the net morning to see blood stains on the netting. The bathroom the next day felt felt and not cleaned. Absolutely awlful for a Novotel
