Pleasant staff comfortable beds however housekeeping not great,we had 2 rooms booked ,one had what looked like 'snot,on the sheet of my daughters room while our room had an ear ring behind tge headboard. All were found as we checked into room

1) From the first day, I asked the helping person to check on a vegetarian dish to understand whether oil cooked there is vegetarian or not. Person responded saying he doesn't know and when I asked him to check and let me know, he did not get back. So I was left with nothing to eat there. 2) The bath door inside spills water outside and even bathing was so difficult. 3) The hotel gave me such a costly price for 2 days that they did not inform me in prior.

We needed a base for an interview/assessment day two minutes from this hotel. We booked last minute and the staff managed to upgrade us at the last minute. We parked up it was easy to find and we arrived about 10pm with staff on hand to check us in - all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, had a queen bed and a double fold out which suited us perfectly, it was quiet and comfortable - the breakfast in the morning was great - the shower in the room was really good the mattresses were super comfortable - the check out was easy I stored the bags in the car and went to the Tate modern for the afternoon to wander around - they had offered to store our bags at reception. The main reception area bar and seating is really comfy and inviting I sat there for a couple of hours having coffee later in the afternoon as the interview day hadn't finished and everyone was friendly and helpful. This was a really good example of being exactly what it looks like online but with super helpful, friendly staff. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an overnight stay in the London Bridge location. Thank you.

Apart from the TV system. No casting service to stream my device to TV ie Netflix etc as wouldn’t work. I’m in IT services and totally over complicated.
