A nice hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to many London landmarks and good underground connections nearby. Room was quite large for London and bed was comfortable. Overall a good stay.

We had our first visit in London (and UK) and stayed at this property. It was a good stay overall and I particularly liked the location (near to Bourough Market and London Bridge Metro as well Southwark and London Bridges). Breakfast spread was nice and the staff was too courteous.

All the Staff at reception could use more smiles and greetings. Throughout my 21days, I am greeted with smiles less than 5 times. Most staff does not wear a smile and appear as if you ask them something was like giving them extra work!

Hotel well situated for a stay near Borrough Market and Tate Modern. Tube stations +/- 15 minutes from Hotel. Friendly staff, modern premises and good beddings. Good breakfast choice.

The hotel was packed and the majority of my 5 day stay there was one working elevator causing major headaches
