We had a very comfortable, enjoyable 8 night stay at Novotel London Bridge in July-August. We had spent a lot of time looking for a hotel to suit our needs for an extended stay to include 2 wedding events, sightseeing + meetups with London friends. The hotel website was very helpful with room facilities listed in detail. We had a lot of luggage and chose Novotel London Bridge for the spacious + very well equipped rooms. We had good ''desk' surface area, a proper wardrobe + shelf storage and seating. The shower/WC area was spacious too. We had everything we needed. Housekeeping throughout our stay was excellent - our room kept clean, tidy with fresh towels, water, toiletries. It was lovely to return to each evening. I loved the fitted unit with the mini fridge, good sized safe + tea/coffee facilites and sensible large cups + mugs ! The reception team were very welcoming and helpful - we felt they looked out for us as individuals. We appreciated that we were given an ugraded room due to the length of our stay and my request for for high level, bright room was met. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel is in a great location with excellent transport links and lots of tourist sites closeby + small stores/supermarkets, M&S food outlet. We were really happy with our hotel choice and hope to visit again.
