Staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Hotel was conveniently located to public transport. The room was clean and quiet. I am not going ro dwell on the overall size of room and fixtures. I understand everything is smaller by American standards. The only detractor was the lighting within the room. The lighting wasn't enough to shave by in the bathroom. Dark fixtures and decor throughout the room in general required more powerful lighting. Other than that, happy with everything.

The hotel is fine, but the room was not ready for 4 people, sofa bed not made (no way to do it ourselves) and only 2 towels. Raised this with front desk and they said they would get it sorted. It was still not done at 8pm. Eventually done but we had to all share towels getting ready.

Warmly welcomed at reception, arrived early so the room wasn’t ready, but no issue as our luggage was held whilst we went out for the day. Borough Market and lots of lovely bars and restaurants are a very short walk away so to is the tube. When we returned later in the evening we were offered a free upgrade for the night and had a lovely quiet room. Very impressed with the hotel and the service provided.

confortable stay but some basic things missing: no toiletries, no slippers, no snacks. More importantly, the water was cut two nights in a row without warning. Had to brush my teeth with mineral water

While we do not offer complimentary snacks, a selection can be purchased directly at the front desk or at the bar. Regarding the water closure, we are truly sorry for the disruption, especially having to use mineral water for basic necessities. Unfortunately, the interruption was completely outside of our control and was caused by an emergency pipe blockage that required immediate attention. We understand how inconvenient and frustrating this must have been, particularly as it occurred on two consecutive nights. Thank you for your feedback. Nice hotel. Pretty good location. There were 3 of us traveling. We got the family room that had 2 beds in 2 different rooms. Lots of space. The odd thing was the bathroom. The shower was right there in the middle of room 1. While the outside was mirrored, once you turned the light on, you could see the person in the shower. A slightly more dense surface would offer a little more privacy. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was good

We have been in this hotel a couple of times and we really like it. It is next to Borough Market, you can easily walk to Tower Bridge and the city view from our room was great. Warm welcome at the reception and a comfortable stay. The only thing I would say as I was expected more comfortable pillows. Overall, it was a great experience.

We stayed on Saturday night with our granddaughter and all enjoyed staying at this very comfortable hotel. Location is good ,the staff were all very helpful and friendly.The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
