I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The presence of cobwebs and the missing TV remote are absolutely not acceptable, and I will immediately address these concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure better attention to detail in the future. I also apologize for the disruption when staff knocked on your door before check-out time. We aim to respect our guests' privacy, and I will speak to the team about adhering to proper protocols. Additionally, I’m sorry for the lack of response when you tried to use the buzzer for parking. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I’ll be looking into why this occurred to prevent it from happening again.
