The hallways smell bad, the room smells bad, and you can hear all the plumbing. I woke up at 4am because of a loud pipe noise from the ceiling. The bathroom was dirty, and the sink was leaking. Instead of fixing it, they put the rubbish bin underneath so the water wouldn’t spill onto the floor.

The issues you’ve described unpleasant odours in the hallways and room, noise from plumbing, and the condition of the bathroom are certainly not acceptable and do not reflect the standards we aim to provide. The room was average and the fridge was very small and had a broken door, despite placing a sign on the door to have our room serviced, it was not done
