Simple accomodation and delicious breakfast

Cher Monsieur P., Nous sommes ravis que votre séjour se soit bien passé et que vous ayez apprécié notre petit déjeuner ! Nous sommes confus pour la gêne occasionnée quant à l’annulation d’une des trois chambres, celle qui était réglée en ligne. Dans votre cas, lorsque j’ai été informé de la situation, je vous ai toute de suite remboursé puisque vous aviez d’autres réservations, donc nous avons pu déduire la somme. Cependant, sachez, Monsieur, que lorsque vous effectuez des réservations en ligne, ces dernières sont parfois non remboursable non modifiable non annulable. Ces cas sont valables dans tous les établissements hôteliers. Nous vous remercions pour vos notes. All good except a warm night and air con didn't work!

Mr, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment following your stay at our Ibis hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the heat. In fact, there is no air conditioning at this time of year because our air conditioners are reversible and are always in heating mode. Please accept our sincere apologies. My expectations were pretty low, and I was gladly surprised. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is really lovely. We were 5 and booked 3 rooms, which ended up being a reasonable price.
