We were intending to stay with another venue but got scammed and on arrival found out. We needed somewhere in a hurry and this fit the bill. Typical example of the brand and fee parking. Good quality breakfast.

From the first welcome to the final farewell the staff were all professional, friendly and efficient, not to say enthusiastic! Positives: The location for us near to the airport The staff The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, with efficient aircon and WiFi. Ability to eat and drink up to 2300, cold draught beer and decaf coffee. Good, Spanish style breakfast at reasonable price Negatives: Considering the price of the accommodation The room needed care, specifically the en-suite plinth was very damaged Small moan as no beakers in room Only managed to get high speed WiFi on one device. Then got ‘free’ WiFi on others? Odd The evening menu was very limited, burgers, pastas, pizzas and, a very good, salad. Disappointing.

Disheartening experience

Absolutely disgraceful, we booked a holiday and we included breakfast in our booking and then they told us that we didn't so then we had to go searching for breakfast very early in the morning. The starfight reception and the kitchen are very rude they don't like repeating things even if you don't understand what they're saying, they didn't even want to give us a cup of hot water, in the end we purchase some food for them as we had no choice and the food was at a very low standard, awful customer service and extremely rude. The room is basic standard but the Wi-Fi sometimes does not work and the buttons on the remote hardly work I was not recommend coming here
