A man checked me in just before 7pm. He was extremely rude and made me feel belittled and it really ruined my stay. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but that shouldn’t mean budget customer service.

We had an early flight so booked this hotel as its 5 min away from the airport. I checked in online but still had to go through it at the hotel. The room we were given must have had dogs in it as the smell was overpowering.

We could not sleep because the air conditioning did not work.Secondly,the whole floor of the hotel smelled badly of cigarette smoke and it had infiltrated into our room.The check in service was unfriendly and offish as if we were imposing on his time.Finally,as a platinum member you should get FREE breakfast as they provide in the Pacific countries of Asia and Australia.Just because we are travelling in Europe doesn't mean we should not get the same benefits of platinum membership offered in other regions.You want your members to support your hotel group - then give a little bit back.The average food cost for each breakfast would be under 5 euros and I know that for a fact because I operated my own hotels in Australia providing the very same services.
