Be aware of the parking situation

The room was clean and comfortable. But I would not have booked the Hotel Of I would have known that parking is limited. 2 hotels share one little parking lot. If the parking lot is full there is parking outside on a side road that doesn't look so save. The Hotel Restaurant is kind of expensive and the portions ate small. I stayed in 2 different IBIS hotels the nights before and the portions were definitely bigger than in Alicante

We’ve had one night stays here a few times & never had a complaint. Rooms are simple, but clean & comfortable. Staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast good value. Conveniently located for an overnight stay before going to airport. We wouldn’t want a long term stay there, but that’s only because the rooms don’t have balconies. Front facing rooms have a stunning view over the beach. We will continue to stay here whenever we need an overnight stay in Alicante. Great value for money.

Budget hotel with zero customer service

Resort34265510931 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

Yes this is budget hotel but you expect a level of customer service. I wasn’t greeted with a hello just the word passport! Don’t pay any extra for the new refurbished blue rooms as advertised on their web site as they do not exist at this hotel. When I queried this with the hotel manager he was very dismissive to the point of he waving me off with his hand and said finished! The air con didn’t work in the room but I didn’t want any more confrontation with him. They are clearly in the wrong job and he was pretty vile. The location is ideal for the airport and the room was clean. Other reviews state they can smell animals from previous stays but I did not have that problem. You can always order uber eats if you don’t want to eat there.
