My error IBIS poor show

After 30 years of not traveling out if the UK I plucked up the courage to book a hotel to visit Spain and within 1hr released by that I had made an error in location and had to book another location . Whilst I understand it was ny error and I expected a penalty this chain unfortunately took the whole payment and likely rebooted the room with to be honest and disappointingly one thing in mind GREED. I visited the Ona Osigna Garden Horel in Denia and whilst I accept it was my error and realising it within 1hr and informing Flight Centre who tried to liase with the hotel on multiple occasions IBIS simply said NO WER DONT CARE we keep your Money . One Garden hotel 10 out of 10 . Ibis sorry you shame the beautiful country of Spain. Even a token gesture would have been accepted but no regrettably GREED and arrogance

Absolutely not recommended if you do not have a car

Very far from Alicante, reachable only by taxi (expensive) or - theoretically - by bus 27 (frequency: every hour, but - when it finally passes - IT DOES NOT STOP at the stop near the train station!), no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, so you are forced to eat in the hotel restaurant with a very limited menu (i.e. frozen pizza or hamburgers). There is a sea in the area, but you can only see it (not reach it: access blocked by the railway line). The only advantage (i.e. being relatively close to the airport) is complicated by the fact that the airport bus does not stop nearby so you are forced to take a taxi). Bottom line: rooms of the usual low and uncomfortable "Ibis" quality but with a bad price/quality ratio (due to the additional costs to get there and the location in the middle of nowhere). Absolutely not recommended if you do not have a car (or are looking for a "hermit experience"!).
