Manager Pascal Razurel was VERY helpful when I requested a room change, which was done promptly and without question. Reception staff were ok. Barman not so good; when I request a GLASS, I DON'T want a paper cup! Chambermaid EXCELLENT. It would be helpful if the hotel could ask Tourist Info for some tear off city MAPS. Also, would it be too difficult to photocopy the bus timetable from the bus stop? This would be a nice courtesy, instead of saying " it's online" or "we don't know" 🙄 Room was fine; clean and comfortable, as I was travelling alone. Sr Razurel added my Reward Points promptly (one of the reasons for my 4 nights' stay)
