We had a great time at the Mecure the rooms were very nice apart from the accessible room balcony door, it was really stiff to slide. The staff need to be commended for their hard work and being so attentive. Food wasn’t brilliant and was a bit disjointed we couldn’t find extra cutlery and dishes were not located near the desert stand. More staff required at breakfast as we witnessed to 2 on duty trying their best to clear up. Bad bit was the pool that had maintenance being carried out whilst we were there for 4 days this was unplanned and we were not made aware or we would have asked TUI to change hotel prior to

Great customer service and communication re an assisted room. Very wheelchair friendly and yet again great food, drink and staff. Brilliant location.
