The staff were all very good, in particular Sara on reception who went that much extra over and above to make our sta special. I found the food was not hot enough on a daily basis although there was always something for my needs

A very well located central hotel with lovely polite reception staff a good variety of breakfast items The pool looked very nice although we didn't use it as our stay was mid dec.
