Wonderful hotel, very clean and great facilities. Except the swimming pool it is not heated in Winter. Food was excellent. Room are modern, and well decorated. The well soundproofed Bedrooms have fridges and coffee making facilities. 5 minutes walk to the Ponient beach and old town.

Had an excellent short break with my wife and sister in law recently. The hotel is first class with very comfortable rooms ours was overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we left a mobile phone behind, now safely recovered. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely welcome on arrival, our room was not ready but we were given a complimentary glass of bubbly, stored our luggage then went for a stroll. We received a text message advising when room was ready and checked in smoothly. Birthday balloons were arranged as requested and a lovely surprise for my partner. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice from fruit, pastries, hot and cold food etc.. Dinner was good too, again plenty of choice, only slight negative was that we weren't asked for a drinks order and were unsure whether we were expected to go to the bar. Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm! Will definitely return.
