Staff are excellent at reception, bar and restaurant. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and higher quality than some 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Room was great, very little noise and lovely size. Only slight concern is the cleaning staff. The outside area was not cleaned enough. Food was left the whole stay on the ground and never picked up. It was there the first morning of our visit so not sure if it dropped from room above or not cleaned from previous occupant.. I moved the sun Lounger to make it more visible but it never got lifted. It wasn’t a large amount of food but it surprised me as the rest of the hotel is so well run and the room was cleaned each day.
