We arrived late 02.30 thanks to Ryanair delays. Parking spacing very small struggling to open car door. Had requested a quiet room. It was opposite the lift. My friend asked at reception what time breakfast was until. The girl said 12.00. The room was so small nowhere to put your bag without stumbling into it. No fan visible. Bed was comfy thankfully. Went to breakfast about 11.00 to be told its finished! So left. Paid using booking.com. my friend then had to pay at reception. Day later, noticed booking.com had taken money also.. It takes 7 days to get your money back my friend had been told by booking.com. Have travelled worldwide, but in our experience this has to be one of the worst places to stay. You may be lucky but we won't be going there again

Affordable Stay Close to the City Center

We decided to stay here for Semana Santa and found our accommodations to be clean and comfortable. We were treated with excellent service and weren't far from the Alicante city center. We ended up renting a bike and would recommend a rental of some kind for addeded freedom, though there's a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can walk all the way on the sidewalk if the weather permits. Check out La Palmeral Park if you get the chance! I highly recommend this hotel for its affordability and location.

We have used this hotel before. It is great for the airport and also to Alicante city if you wish. A bus stop on the main road nearby is a bonus. Breakfast is adequate. No complaints.
