The staff was fantastic! Highly educated, loving care, helpfull, outstanding service! Congrats specially to Enrique Carmona at the front desk (by far the best manager I've ever met) and Yolanda at the cafeteria every morning with a smile in her face asking if everything is fine or if you need something else. Great team, great staff. Highly recommended option in Alicante!

Small toilet Small shower, flowing water into the room, noisy room, no cabinet no table no chairs. Please, guys do not stay here, its too expensive, nothing provided by hotel

Basic room, simple breakfast. Near the airport and secure parking. Shower was excellent. Neighbouring higher spec IBIS offered more facilities like a bar and small lounge area.

Everything was ok, 10 days of vacation. We had clean towels every day. They changed our bedclothes three times during that time. The staff is friendly, especially Victor from the reception. All recommendations👌

A very comfortable double bed in a clean and modern room which is all I really need. Be warned this hotel is a 30 minute walk into Alicante and the nearest shop, however buses run all day until 10pm and cost 1.45 Euro. The airport buses run 24 hours a day 365 days a year and cost 3.85 Euro. The bus stop is a half min walk from the hotel.
