We arrived at the hotel, and they refused to switch us to a room with two beds instead of one. We went to ask for blankets because it was cold, and after giving us dirty looks, they grudgingly handed us some duvets—heaven knows where they’d dug them up from.

We stayed 1 night but the room was terrible. Lighting was changed to cold white. The cover of the lamp was not present. The lights on the bed turned on and off when you moved. The side skirting to protectt the walls was lose. The floor covering was super dirty and lose on places. The room had multiple points of water damage. The room couldnt be locked from the inside which ruined my wive her night as she wasnt feeling save enough. The hotel has no staff anymore, so no security at all. The toilet room was very dirty, the floor had many black and cooked in dirt marks. I have been staying in Accor hotels for years on all my trips. Even Ibis budget for a quick last minute night and never had something so disgusting as this one.

Terrible smell in lobby and corridors, Shower is tiny and walls are damaged with botched repair. Walls dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. TV too small and unable to turn volume up enough to hear it.

The walls in the room were quite dirty for some reason, a big rift in the linoleum on the floor. the bed was nice, and so were the pillows.

The rooms where extremely basic and cold , with literaly a sheet to cover you , breakfast was charged at 9euro pp and we had to eat in a dirty cigarette filled section outside

Easy to find and on site parking. Check in was very slow and not helped as one older male behind reception thought doing paperwork was more important than providing customer service. Room was clean and comfortable. 20 minutes walk to a selection of cafe & restaurants. Given the disinterest of the staff at check in we didn't want to risk eating on site. There is a bus just outside which goes directly to the Airport or an Uber for €15.

Ibis has everything you need to feel safe and comfortable. We loved the room, it is very compact, clean and pretty. Staff was ready to help us and everything was well organized. It’s located close to El Palmerol which is very interesting, and the bus to the city is coming every half an hour. Only thing is that is pretty much outside the town, but that’s also refreshing for someone who needs peace and quiet. We liked the stay and would recommend it.
