I think it’s a good hotel if you want to relax as it is located away from the big roads and no bars or nightclubs around, you are getting a small park with benches and a big Carrefour with some fast food just next to it. Tram stop is also close so you can reach city center. There was renovation ongoing when I visited so it was not so cozy in the lobby but floors and room was fine. I think it will be even better after the renovation is finished.
