Hotel badly in need of refurb. didn't accept Deloitte Corporate Concession rate. First time ever in all of Europe where I have been refused Deloitte discount. Am booked into IBIS Alicante for two nights next week at Deloitte Rate!! No problems. Doubt I will stay in that hotel under current management - poorly managed, badly needs money spent on it to maintain IBIS branding - throw back to early 1980's. Coffee machine didn't work for breakfast. Maybe I picked bad weekend to visit??

I appreciated the comfortable room and easy check in! Breakfast buffet is lovely with various tasty options. The 24 hour bar is very convenient! I did wish the restaurant offered fresh meals in the evening, but the instant soup was not bad.
