Generally good, though one lift was not working for part of my stay, not an unusual occurrence. Good to see breakfast starting at 6.30am again also to see a bottle of water in the room. Morning rolls not available one morning for breakfast

Comfortable and quiet well-sized room. Decent breakfast. Well equipped gym. However I was disappointed that neither the touch table nor the Xbox worked, as I specially chose the Novotel for this reason when travelling with my son.
