Terrible worst experience so far in a hotel left round about 10pm and did not stay as did not feel safe , staff were friendly and good customer skills

It’s clear the property has benefited from recent upgrades, including new doors and refreshed in‑room maintenance. The vast majority of staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Totally improved culture likely do enhanced management supervision. Only one individual — a former Adagio employee at front desk — seemed unsuited to a customer‑facing role, which stood out given the otherwise excellent service culture. The bar staff are attentive, and the 1‑Ate‑1 dinners offer impressive value and quality, with the fish and chips being a particular highlight. The elevator control panels installed during COVID are overly sensitive; because they operate by proximity rather than touch, a full lift tends to stop at nearly every floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms remain quiet throughout the night. However, it can be difficult to keep the room cool due to ambient heat from the hallway and the vent in the bedroom. Wi‑Fi performance is inconsistent in the rooms but works flawlessly in the lounge.
