​Great location right near Checkpoint Charlie, close to shops and restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights, Our room was clean, spacious for our family of five, and well equipped, though the style is a bit outdated. The only issue was the AC it wasn't cold or strong enough, so we had to open the windows at night, which made it a bit noisy. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Amazing breakfast, great food and breakfast fast. Good location, easy to walk to most things. Subway and train within walking distance. Nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Only downside was a smell in the room.

Had a really wonderful time! The beds were comfy, the room large, there was air conditioning, and it was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in Berlin on foot or by metro. The staff were friendly and let us keep our suitcases in the hotel for the day after we checked out while we explored the city. A short but sweet stay!

The stay was good globally. The room was with good design, confortable and spacious. Staffs were nice. During our stay (the large room with double bed), the bed was not a real double bed, but two individual bed put together. The hotel rooms have only two pillows in the bed. It could be much more confortable if there are some cushions for bed and sofa. The coffee dosettes are only available on the day of arrival, but no more during the following days of our stay. It could be better if staffs could pay attention to the details such as daily tea and coffee in the room, and supplies in the bathroom.

set in a fantastic location on a quiet road minutes away from checkpoint charlie, lovely interior, rooms could do with bathroom upgrades and usb charging sockets but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was wonderful with great front desk staff willing to help with every tourist’s need. Our room was vey comfortable and roomy. The air conditioning was not adequate on very hot days but we were grateful for opening windows which allowed fresh air breeze into our room. The bar/ restaurant area was not welcoming at all. There are a variety of great restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We loved our stay at The Mercure checkpoint Charlie hotel, our room was fantastic with a balcony overlooking the terrace. The breakfast was superb produce and the ell cooked again you can eat outside if you prefer, this was our favourite breakfast of our around Germany and Prague

The towels were not renewed although they were on the ground. No water supply each day. Corridors were smelling weird. Breakfast is very expensive. Good location.
