Toilet constantly leaking, cramped shoebox room, no toilet brush, stayed 4 nights & room not once cleaned, prices advertised were wrong - prices went up every day, got charged $1.01 for what I think was a charge for the $200 they held until I left. Wont answer their phone or return calls. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

I was extremely disappointed by my stay at this ibis Budget, I have stayed at ibis Budget before and all I expect is a clean room, however that isn’t what I got. There was pubic hair absolutely everywhere, in the fridge, on the bed, in the shower head, in the sink, all over the “clean” bath mat I was provided to use, which is a really bad impression on a guest. The pillowcases had lipstick marks, rips, blood, stains on them which was also a bit disappointing. The room also had a very bad ant infestation with ants crawling everywhere including on my personal items, they were getting through some gap in the air conditioning unit. The bathroom also smelt like cigarettes, which I believe was coming from the upstairs room as no matter what I did to try and air the smell out, it would come back. On a positive note the air conditioner was really strong, I had to turn it off because it was too cold, the staff were polite enough to deal with and the train line wasn’t too loud when trying to sleep and nor were any other guests staying there, the breakfast could have been better. I would stay at this ibis Budget again, however I really do wish that it would be more clean as I don’t mind if the room is a budget and is smaller and doesn’t have as much, but cleanliness and hygiene is a completely different thing.

Whilst I understand this was a budget hotel I was booking. I would say it was lacking staff care. As for the room I was completely baffled to see stains on walls & the floors slippery & unclean. The only part of this experience that felt clean was the sheets & towels that were laundered.

the staff is very good and friendly. also very helpful but the hotel itself is really cheap. the rooms are too small, like a prison cell. too loud and not that clean either
