I booked, payed and checked in online, I was sent my confirmation number and everything. I the arrived at the hotel late at night, in the rain where I was told that they didn’t actually have a room for me (even though I had booked and been confirmed already). After arguing back and forth for almost 30 minutes they told me to wait in their dark, cold open space outside while they try get a cleaner in and clean a room for me. I waited for 1.5 hours and the when I finally got in my room it was still filthy. I am extremely dissatisfied and would like a full refund.

While very basic it is still comfortable and reasonably quiet considering the location. Staff were very good and helpful.

Easy to find, clean, comfortable bed. Guy on reception must have been sitting on a cactus as he wasn't at all welcoming. However when I left the young lady was bright & friendl, the right person to be on a reception desk.
