was very surprised that we would have had to pay 18 Euros to just get a cup of coffee in the morning, I was told we had to purchase the whole breakfast even if we just wanted coffee. that was quite disappointing.

The hotel bottom sheet was only a half sheet, there was only one coffee satchel, coffee and no milk. The cups to make any coffee were only small paper cups - only usable for water.

We arrived early and the staff were friendly and got us into our room by 11 am which was much appreciated! Rooftop pool was great ! Room was dark but cool and comfortable! Really appreciate the daily bottles of water!!!

Great location and hotel overall but potential is not used and poor manegement. Doorkeys has to be recharged 5-7 times a day, pool and bar on rooftop opens at 11 am, we stayed 9 nights but only had 4 days of room service ect. But mostly very nice and helpful staff.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. The rooftop bar and pool is the main reason. However the staff have always been helpful and friendly. We feel comfortable here.

Really good location but rooms are small, the pool/sunbeds were always full everyday when we were there so it was too tight. Expensive for what it is really but good experience overall.

Everything about our stay was lovely - our rooms, the bar, the pool, etc. The only drawback was the laundry facilities; not being able to have a steamer or ironing board delivered to our room 'for security reasons,' and only having *one* iron/board for the entire hotel was pretty shocking.

We stayed 3 nights and the place was great the pool was absolutely cold ( it was 38 degrees outside) and drinks on the rooftop bar were excellent. Allessio was very friendly and chatty which made us feel very welcomed.
