The stay was great — my wife and I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was just right, the location was convenient, and the staff was very polite. Nice hotel. Comfortable, big and quiet room. Breakfast was good. Staff was very ncie and helpful. Close to metro and train station and walkable dictance to lots of intersting places.

The Lady at the counter for check in was very nice and welcoming. We walked a lot so the convenience of a close tube station was not a big problem, especially at night. Room was ok, maybe we were expecting a bit more comfort from a 4 stars Mercure. Room was quiet so we had a good sleep. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant offer around is also good.
