Excellent location for proximity to concert. Noisy bar downstairs being ear plugs

We had a great stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and well-equipped, and check-in was impressively fast — especially compared to a five-star CBD hotel we stayed at the night before. I’d already pre-checked-in, provided ID and payment details prior to arrival, and still spent 25 minutes waiting for a key… so Novotel, you nailed it. The only hiccup was parking. The main car park was full when we arrived (communicated by the hotel prior to arrival that this may be the case, so we were adequately informed), my husband was told to use P8, it would’ve made life much easier to have a simple map provided. Not being local, my husband drove around for 40 minutes before giving up (I was not in the car), but thankfully the staff helped him out and allowed parking near the driveway. Much appreciated. Yes, I showed him where the P8 parking was after we checked out and how simple it was to find it especially with GPS, but what can I say....MEN! Otherwise, a very comfortable, efficient stay and excellent service all round. Would happily return.

I stayed one night with my family. It was close to everything and I loved the beautiful views from the 11th floor. Very happy with the room and facilities. I received a complimentary bottle of wine with the most delicious flower cupcake! I was super impressed.
