Ok They didn’t provide the gold away bed for us The fridge was not cold And the lifts were not working several times , once trying to go up from the carpark then next day both of them were out when leaving the apartment and one of the cleaners walked is down the stairs to an alternative lift in adjoining hotel

Very loud music kept us awake, and the fire alarm wasp. To reassure us everything was ok but we didn’t hear the alarm in the first place. Amenities in the room were less I was trying to find a cotton bud.
