Nice location, room equipment as expected (budget hotel); would recommend to stay there if you need a good place to sleep. Breakfast buffet was nice (I missed something warm like bacon, scrambled eggs, etc); only thing to complain about was the relatively cold cappuccino.

Basic hotel with very uncomfortable beds and barely any pillows. This is basic at a not so basic price. Breakfast was decent but could have been better. I would not stay here again.

This hotel very clean, friendly with efficient staff, good breakfast, priced right. Not fancy but would recommend and will return. Beds are simple. Space limited. No bar on facility but can purchase beer and snacks in main entrance. Train close by. Was quiet and in safe neighborhood.

There wasn’t even a hair dryer. I stayed in many Ibis’ in the U.K, Hamburg ones were bad compared to the U.K ones.

The exprience matched the price level well. This weekend alot of the hotelguest was participating in the bikerace Cyclassics Hamburg. In early years, breakfast was served early in the morning, but not this weekend. There should be breakfast 6.30. Payment of the Parkingticket is a cirkus. Nothing was working. It should be Better explained, that hotelguest can Pay less by using the barcode machine in the reception. But it was not working Any way.

Clean, functional and comfy rooms It was really nice that we could access our rooms via code in case we arrived late. As we were assisting Wacken Open Air festival, the location of the hotel was really good (fast access to the motorway). Also because of that , the parking came really hand (and cheap).
