On the 4th of January I sent following unanswered message to h2…: I hope this message finds you well. We had a pleasant stay at your hotel, but I wanted to share a couple of points that might need attention. Unfortunately, we couldn't take breakfast as the restaurant opened at 07:30 instead of 06:30 as informed during check-in. Additionally, there was no warm water in room 610 during our stay. Could you please ensure that the breakfast charge is not applied to our invoice? Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

My stay was very short for 1 day. Room was clean and we'll maintained. Only concern if iron facility is available then can be considered for business trip stay.
