My stay in Hamburg was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the outstanding hospitality I experienced. The staff of the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless, kept perfectly tidy throughout my stay. I was there from the 10th to 17th of August 2026, and during that time, I also attended a religious event that took place from the 14th to the 16th August at the Volkspark Stadium. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the rooms were spotless, kept perfectly tidy every single day. A remarkable highlight was the breakfast service on that busy weekend. Serving hundreds of guests from Friday to Sunday must have been incredibly demanding. Yet, under that enormous pressure, the staff remained diligent, swift, and remarkably friendly. It was top-class service, and I was deeply impressed by their professionalism and dedication. I would recommend this hotel to anyone without a second thought. More importantly, I will always choose this place whenever I return to Hamburg. Since this was my very first time visiting the city, I am truly grateful for such a pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you for making it unforgettable!

The room for 2 too small. Only 1 small plastic chair to sit. No hairdryer. We only received bathing towels on Thursday and Friday. We used that till Tuesday because we didn't get any fresh ones. We paid a lot and the service was miserable

The stay at the hotel was comfortable, especially considering it’s a budget hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were friendly. The only thing I missed was a kettle in the room, as I like to have a coffee first thing in the morning. Other than that, everything was good.

It was a budget stay with nice and kind people. Just i've forgetten my watch in your hotel. I sent e-mail to hotel but there wasn't any reply. So it turns into not a nice stay :(

On the 4th of January I sent following unanswered message to h2…: I hope this message finds you well. We had a pleasant stay at your hotel, but I wanted to share a couple of points that might need attention. Unfortunately, we couldn't take breakfast as the restaurant opened at 07:30 instead of 06:30 as informed during check-in. Additionally, there was no warm water in room 610 during our stay. Could you please ensure that the breakfast charge is not applied to our invoice? Thank you for your understanding and assistance.
