Service in restaurant was "strange". People waiting to sit, vaitres wolked arround multiple times,... During check-in ask for option to oderu taxi fir morning. It was approved, but taxi was not ready morning, reception was niť able to solve, at the end ordered by myself.

Special praise to the staff who manage the chaos and always deliver perfect service. This is very special in this hotel! The negative thing is the shower with constantly changing temperatures. This is definitely not luxury and does not fit the Mercure class. With the technology adopted from the Budget and Adagio Class, you can't achieve satisfied customers at Mercure!
