Well located hotel, easy to access, nice rooms, polite staff, enjoyed welcome drinks and the breakfast, we are quite happy with the stay. However, how come the curtain of a Mercure hotel room can hang there with 2cm wide cigarette holes? This is unacceptable, I really do not understand.

We came for a weekend with friends to see a concert at the Barclays arena. The hotel decor was very dated and the rooms were bland but clean. We used the bar one night but only one bottled beer was available with all draft beers turned off. It was not explained why this was the case. The hotel had very few amenities and is really only useful for business travellers although having no gym facilities will disappoint many.
