Nice location if you want to visit events in Volkspark. A standard hotel with a nice sortings at breakfast. However, the evening menu lacked food for the masses. The beds were a bit hard though, which made it difficult to get a comfy sleep. The walls/doors was a bit thin so the outer sounds penetrated a lot.

Room temperature was extreamly cold and sidewalks never cleaned all 3 days. Was always icy

The hotel is well-located and close to reach Barclay Arena even on foot. The room was neat and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The staff was welcoming and hospitable.

1) The windows were not sound proof. The sound of cars on the street was very disturbing. 2) I have already sent twice an email asking for an invoice, but so far have not heard anything back. It has been almost a week now.
