We could not enter the building

I booked via the accor site. I entered my reservation into the machine, we got a room number and passcode, but no code for entering the building... We had to wait a couple of hours before other people came, before we could enter. The number we could call in case of emergency or assistance did not work....

Room was very small with no hot drink felicity. The best thing about the room was the very small but good shower.

Tiny room, comfy bed, wifi so and so. The self-check-in worked (although it was a bit annoying to have to pay the local tax separately - would be easier to have it included in the reservation payment). The hotel was quiet even through it was a Sunday night - you can hear the cars passing on the motorway but that was more background noise for me, helped me fall asleep.
