The location is very convenient, close to downtown, and public transportation is easily accessible. The place is very clean and comfortable, and the hospitality is excellent.

I was staying with Sofitel for a business trip. One of my business wear had a wardrobe malfunction. I approached the concierge and he was able to assist me immediately. This gives me a sense of assurance and I feel extremely grateful. The amenities were excellent. The breakfast was really delicious. This is an excellent hotel I would recommend for both business and leisure travelers

A short two-day stay with Sofitel Saigon Plaza on a stop-over in HCMC for a business trip. This hotel is amazing. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff have gone above and beyond during my stay to make sure everything was great. The breakfast and the Club have both been amazing too.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Nothing was a problem. Dinner at Le 17 was excellent. Beef bourguignon and selection of bread rolls and butter we perfect. As per usual the room was a good size and the bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast selection a variety of cuisines. Would recommend hotel and would return.

First of all i was told i will be sent my invoice, so far nothing despite follow up .. staff are great food is great. went up to the swimming pool in the evening to see the view, we were the old people up there having a nice drink, all of a sudden a group of people came up sat next to us and starting smoking !! you need to tell people that this is a smoking area, we would have never gone up there, we left and left our drinks ! The rooms are nice but the aircon cant be controlled, you can move the tempreture but no effect. The bathroom, the cage around the bath / shower is terrible, it is good that despite being in our 60s we are quite fit, terrible design

A fixed 3 course dinner was included in the Luxury Escapes package, but it was disappointing, to the extent that my wife chose, and paid for. an entree from the ala carte menu. Also, ambiance and decor in the restaurant was not good.
