Overall stay was ok. However, the rain shower kept dripping cold water when the fexiable shower head was used. Also was unable to link the ALL membership to Singapore Airlines membership when the Singapore Airlines Krisflyer website indicated that it was possible.

Decor was alright to be fair but hotel is dated and the elevators are extremely slow. Pls fix that. Good if you on holiday but not business. Breakfast standard is low .. Banh Mi quality is bad with cold and soggy bread and Pho too salty.

Un Séjour Magnifique in the Heart of Saigon

I had a wonderful three night stay at Sofitel Saigon Plaza and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my experience. Upon arrival, I was promptly escorted to Club Millésime for check-in, which immediately set a welcoming and elevated tone. Marcus assisted me with all the formalities and ensured I was well taken care of throughout my stay. My room on the 16th floor offered a pleasant street view overlooking the lively energy of Saigon. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and I also enjoyed a delicious in-room dining meal, which was both convenient and well prepared. Every visit to the club lounge was nothing short of remarkable. In addition to Marcus, I was warmly greeted and assisted by Brian and Nhi during breakfast each morning. Nhi, in particular, is an absolute delight— genuine, attentive, and consistently thoughtful in her service. Her name needs to be shown on her name tag so guests can see. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, thanks to both the comfort of the hotel and the exceptional hospitality of the staff. If I ever return to the city, I will definitely choose Sofitel Saigon Plaza again.
