The Sofitel Siagon was very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the makeup of the twin room for the kids, the late checkout and allowing us to use the pool area until we had to depart for our flight later that day.

Overall, my stay was disappointing due to outdated room facilities and poor service communication: 1. Outdated Room Setup: There is no central light switch, so guests have to manually turn off every individual lamp across the room. Additionally, power outlets are only on one side of the bed and hidden beneath the nightstand, making it very inconvenient to plug in chargers. 2. Poor Communication on Breakfast: Neither the front desk at check-in nor the restaurant greeter informed me that my corporate booking excluded breakfast. Instead, staff came over to my table in the middle of my meal to announce it required an extra charge. Interrupting a guest mid-meal to handle billing is awkward and unprofessional—this should always be clarified upfront.
