Despite being an explorer plus and a gold member, we were allocated one of the worst rooms in the hotel which was neither lake facing nor on the garden level. Wonder if the staff who allocated the room was aware of the extra effort to be made for the loyalty Accor members.

Nice hotel and good service. Unfortunately our room was hot and opening the window was not a good solution because our room 534 was right next to noisy condensor fans.

A good option for family in winter

The room was huge! We came for skiing and had a car which they helped to park (the carpark isnt large). The whole place was warm, we had amazing views, a lovely kitchenette and a well appointed bathroom. Having the bedroom separate to living area was great for early risers. We found the restaurant food great and they offered us drinks with our accor plus and even after we used the free voucher they offered another free drink of mulled wine one night as a special touch. It was a short 5 min walk to the main area which was easy enough. It is a solid and really well appointed 4.5 star place. The spa was outside which made it a bit hard (so cold outside) but we werent there for the spa tbh

It was a really wonderful 2 days stay. Staffs were friendly and most of attractions we wanted to do were around the hotel.
