We were travelling to celebrate my partners birthday and have stayed elsewhere in Queenstown previously. The location of St. Moritz means a car is not needed. We were surprised and delighted by the upgrade to the penthouse loft. It was considerations like this that made our stay extra special. The housekeeping team were very good and even cleaned the hot tub half way through our stay when requested. The only constructive feedback I could provide was that we struggled to borrow a champagne stopper from the restaurant team (obviously other guests must not return them), we suggested that the bar attendant provide us with a spare cork instead (which did the trick). Thanks all for making our stay memorable.

St Moritz, QT was our first ever 5 star hotel stay which we were excited for, but since you asked there was a few let downs. Our room was large and well appointed with lovely furniture but unfortunately we could hear every footstep of the family staying the floor above us, with what we assume was a child running and stomping loudly overhead. We did call reception in regards to the matter who offered to move us but we declined since it was our last evening at the hotel and already quite late. On arrival we found a tea cup to be dirty and no milk in the fridge. We wanted to take advantage of the hottubs within the hotel grounds but found the water to be murky with large clumps of hair or fur floating in the water. Not at all inviting! I don't like to complain but as this is a satisfaction survey I thought I shall let you know for future improval of the hotel. On a positive note to end with, the staff were fabulous and extremely helpful and we did enjoy the 5 star service provided by the hotel staff.

Staff scarce.. not understanding GDS reservation. Loaded by Accor rates by hotel Blamed others inventory input. Variety limited, choices in seasonal mulled wine .. allowing guest to source elsewhere. Housekeeping was blind to garbage removal.

We were booked into a very ordinary room, after I insisted that we had paid for a much better room, we were eventually moved to a garden view. The hotel service staff were wonderful, especially the young Englishman who provided concierge parking.

Someone else’s luggage was in my room (614) when I arrived. Then a loud electrical current noise sounded from a box on the wardrobe door all night. I reported this overnight and again at 6am after a sleepless night. Not a single acknowledgment- even a cake of soap would have been welcome as an apology

I would like to sincerely thank the front desk team, especially the lovely Korean staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially appreciated the kindness of the Korean lady at the front desk. I asked if I could have a bowl of ice, and she went out of her way to personally take me to the bar to make sure I was taken care of. A very special thank you to the bartender as well. He was exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. He prepared a bag of ice for me and carefully sealed it so I could take it with me. It was such a simple gesture, but his willingness to help and his attention to detail really stood out. The service from the entire team was excellent, but I would especially like to recognize the bar staff for going above and beyond. Their genuine kindness and willingness to help made a real difference. Thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcome. Your hospitality was truly appreciated! Thank you Zara
