The staff were friendly and efficient. The property condition relative to the price is substandard. The property is dated with small old bathrooms with unrepaired damage. The carpet had stains. The hallways were rough, the lifts slow and clunky. The idea of charging an additional fee to park just off street in an uncovered carpark given the room rate charged, is ridiculous. The TVs and WiFi were good, the beds not so much. The location, would suit if you don’t mind being well out of the town centre and prioritise the views, which are stunning.

Had such a lovely stay! We were lucky enough to get a beautiful room with a great view. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and we had absolutely no issues with the room. The housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. After a long day out, it was so nice coming back to a beautifully clean room, everything neat and tidy, and the bed freshly made. The daily turn-down service made us feel so relaxed — one less thing to worry about and no coming back to a messy room! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
