The location is great - fabulous staff on the front desk, bar and restaurant. My only negative observation is that the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, the bathroom in particular. The shower was not as clean as it should have been. I don’t think the drainage cover had been lifted for some time and cleaned under. The external edges of the shower pan were dirty. There was what looked like old blood wiped on the back of the bathroom door. The carpet throughout had dirty marks all over it. It’s a shame about the cleanliness of the room, when my overall experience was good, but I hope this is helpful.

Room was clean. But Staff not as friendly. Restaurant staff was hardworking but too rush to tidy up the table when we have not finished our food.

We have stayed here previously multiple times and had nothing but positive memories so we chose to come again. Since our last visit 2 years ago not much had changed we loved the staff, service, location spa and breakfast. View is amazing. Room was good, however bathroom shower was broken and kept spinning making the head point towards toilet. Lift was noisy at night and Parking is now $15 a day, which was not the case before. Other than that loved it.will return one day.
