We spent 7 nights in Feb 25 It was a great hotel to stay at. Pool and sauna was great to use and a good time filler for the kids. Chocolate hour was heaven Kids for free ice cream whenever they wanted so they were on top of the world Friendly staff Clean rooms Good location Couldn’t ask for much more

Walked into a beautiful foyer with good layout and lovely accommodating staff. We were early so stored bags and left down the second lift to walk into town. Its a nice walk in but back out needed an Uber for the hill. The pool is nice not as heated as I thought it would be, great Suana and gym area. The children's area looked really nice. The chocolate hour was a great treat for my Teen and I. The room was a lot smaller than I thought it would be but it is a narrow hotel kn the hill. Its the only hotel I've ever stayed at where their is no large bed only singles. The bathroom was nice apart from thw large step wirh no holding rail to get down from made it difficult to get out without falling. Apart from that everything was nice staff were really accommodating with anything. Great hotel for spoiling the Teen with a capital city break.

Unfortunately, the superior twin category you booking is unable to fit beds any larger than singles. Comfortable and great overall stay. The hotel is clean as well as generous with its complimentary cookie and chocolate hour. All the staff are very welcoming especially John in the reception. Very approachable and great overall.

Had breakfast and also dinner one night. It was excellent. What would of made it a truly excellent, would be a club level or lounge but since it didn't have one, it was very good.
