Everyone was pleasant. We ate breakfast there two mornings, it was ok. Buffet ran out of food quickly and had to wait quite a bit for things to be replenished. Room attendants left extra coffees for us in the room was a nice touch.

Too bad Accor members do not get special treatment. I booked an upgraded room and was facing backyard while friends of mine with a regular room were facing the Thames. Also Accor should propose French channels on room TV. Charging £30 for an early check in of 2 hours was not friendly

I am a quite regular guest in your hotel, but I must say it really gets worn out now, also given the prices that you claim. Having been in a Park Plaza near by recently, as your hotel was booked out, I do have a comparison now with more modern, bigger and better maintained rooms for a lower or comparable price.

Well located and reasonably priced given its London. Check in was easy and bag drop is handy too as we had arrived in London before our room was ready. Only problem we had was a flickering light in our room and bathroom which we reported to reception but nothing was done to resolve it.

First, I did not receive my digital welcome drink voucher in the app, and it was not offered at check-in. Second, the Nespresso coffee capsules in the room were only provided on the first day and were never replenished by housekeeping during the rest of my stay. I hope the hotel improves its service consistency regarding loyalty benefits and room amenities.

I stayed for 1 night in this very smart high quality hotel near Waterloo. It's great location allowed me to walk to my work meeting in Victoria. Lots of great bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. There is also a bus towards Victoria which stops outside the hotel. My room was very large compared to London standards, was very modern with excellent shower and complimentary toiletries. The room was exceptionally clean. The staff that I met on check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. I plan to return in 2 weeks and am happy to recommend this hotel.

As an Accor Plus member, I felt comfortable staying here, as I was familiar with the brand and knew what to expect. We also ate at the hotel’s restaurant and found the food reasonably priced, which was a bonus. My only disappointment was that the Accor Explorer benefits were limited to the Asia-Pacific region, rather than being available more widely.

A very successful stay needing a location close to Evelinas hospital where my grandson was to undergo surgery. The staff were all polite and helpful and although the cost was much higher than I had anticipated the facilities and location were ideal. Needed to park my car which was helped by the garage. However the disabled bays were inappropriate with inadequate space to allow getting in and out of my car. Many of the ordinary spaces had the problem of pillars in the wrong place! The spaces need to be redesigned and marked. This was the only nagative of my stay.
