Dear Mr. t., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and for your loyalty as an ALL Gold member. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We acknowledge your comments regarding the towel availability, room odour, bar presentation, breakfast experience, and member recognition. Please accept my apologies that towels were not available in one of the rooms as expected. This should have been managed and communicated better at check-in. I am also sorry that the room felt damp and had an unpleasant smell. Your comments regarding Room 220 have been shared with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams for review. Your feedback regarding breakfast, the bar, and team training has also been noted. While we are pleased to hear that the team were polite and kind, I understand your comments regarding the need for stronger support and service consistency. Dear Mr. C., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We acknowledge your comments regarding your stay and the concerns raised about the room condition, maintenance works, water outage, towels, breakfast, bar service and member recognition. Your concerns were addressed by our team shortly after check-in. Due to room availability at the time, we were unable to move you to another room. However, the upgrade fee that had been posted was waived, meaning your room was upgraded from the original booking at no additional charge. The original booking was for a Superior Queen room. We also extended two drink vouchers and checked with you directly regarding what you required during the stay. Regarding the concern raised about water in the room, our team asked if we could inspect the room at the time it was reported. As this was declined, we were unable to verify the issue or investigate it further during your stay. We appreciate you acknowledging that our staff were friendly and polite.
