Henry, Anna and Razor – your professionalism, energy and genuine care for our group did not go unnoticed. You anticipated needs before we raised them, worked seamlessly behind the scenes and made the entire event feel effortless. That level of service makes a real difference when coordinating a large training footprint. A special acknowledgement to the gentleman serving breakfast each morning – your warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the day. Small interactions like that create a welcoming environment for travelling teams. Roberta, your support with every aspect of the conference set up was outstanding. From room configuration to last minute adjustments, nothing was too much trouble. Your attention to detail ensured our delivery ran smoothly and professionally. Alex, you are incredibly fortunate to lead such a passionate and committed team. The Novotel Darwin staff consistently went above and beyond to support our guests and our event outcomes. Their pride in their work is clear, and it reflects strongly on the venue. to the kitchen staff back of office, the amazing reception staff for doing quick prints, the bar staff for managing our many many requests, thank you !! Novotel Darwin is great location, in the center of city, and close to Supermarket, resto and caffee, the best is you can enjoy walking on the morning and afternoon with a great Darwin ocean.
