Loved our room (522, thank you for the upgrade) and every single one of your staff made us feel so welcome. Special shout-out to Andrea who checked us in, made sure we were offered barista coffee at breakfast the next morning and when we checked out said she'd note on our profile that we loved that room. Also, the pool rocks!

That level of service makes a real difference when coordinating a large training footprint. A special acknowledgement to the gentleman serving breakfast each morning – your warmth and attentiveness set the tone for the day. Small interactions like that create a welcoming environment for travelling teams. Roberta, your support with every aspect of the conference set up was outstanding. From room configuration to last minute adjustments, nothing was too much trouble. Your attention to detail ensured our delivery ran smoothly and professionally. Alex, you are incredibly fortunate to lead such a passionate and committed team. The Novotel Darwin staff consistently went above and beyond to support our guests and our event outcomes. Novotel Darwin is great location, in the center of city, and close to Supermarket, resto and caffee, the best is you can enjoy walking on the morning and afternoon with a great Darwin ocean.

The team we amazingly helpful, polite and extremely accommodating. Facilities were amazing and the food to die for. As a Celiac it was very easy to get a variety of meals.
