We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel well located, comfortable, and reasonably priced. However, we are sorry to learn that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the lack of hot water you experienced during one morning of your stay. We understand how inconvenient this would have been and regret the discomfort caused. We are also disappointed to hear your comments regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom and the stale smell in the room.
