Well located on the esplanade. Musty smell in atrium. Room very spacious and comfortable Limited tea, coffee and milk. NO replenishment - important for me as I had a large amount of work to do in the room.😳 Bathroom air conditioning does not work - grill severely occluded by dust. May pose fire risk😱. The room door does not close smoothly. Breakfast well catered with good selection and excellent personal service. Helpful and very polite reception, restaurant and cleaning staff.

The musty odour in the atrium, the lack of replenishment of in-room amenities, and the maintenance items in your room—including the bathroom ventilation, door operation, and air grille condition—are not in line with the standards we aim to deliver. In particular, your comment regarding the ventilation grille has been escalated to our maintenance team for immediate inspection and action. We have also taken note of your feedback regarding WiFi performance and security, as well as the limited availability of hot beverages in the evening. These are areas we are actively reviewing to improve the overall guest experience, especially for our business travellers. Additionally, I regret that your ALL Platinum recognition did not fully meet expectations, particularly regarding the welcome amenity and drink. We had a week long stay which was most enjoyable. The staff were excellent, the views were tremendous and the hotel was convenient to the Darwin CBD and waterfront precinct

Room not ready, having to collect our bags and take to room, hotel lift with rubbish in it and extremely dirty. Furniture in room broken, the smell of toilet almost unbearable, dirty stained towels, mould growing in bathroom, wearing shoes in room as floor was very dirty. Overall definitely not a 4 star stay
