While the room furnishings were somewhat austere, it was a good size. There was a lack of storage in the way of draws. All the staff we encountered were provided personable service and always with a smile.

there was still noisy guests coming back up to 5am , and their laughter & loud talking woke me many times throufg the night. Need a thicker door.

Staff were friendly, room was nice. My favourite part was sitting down and looking up at all the plants in the foyer- it's was soothing.
