Great staff makes all the difference. A lovely welcoming note from Shaneal, the Business Development Manager, and lovely fruit in the room. Great selection of food at breakfast. Housekeeping did a great job. The reception team led by Queenie were also very helpful and always smiling. The hotel is a little dated, so great that a refurbishment is happening.

Fantastic staff, also smiling and always helpful, nothing too difficult. As a frequent business traveler, this is my home away from home. Great rooms, great ambience as soon as you walk through main doors. Mother nature all around you, why wouldn't you feel at peace.

We had a celebratory dinner here. Best experience ever, thanks team Sinta&Shaneal🙏. Nice ambience and very supportive staff. Very affordable as well as and willing to accommodate our needs, thanks chef. Kids meal was super too, loved the easy access to the bar 😊
