great communication throughout, answering my queries before my visit. Myself and my friend stayed in an executive suite for 1 night when travelling for a sporting event. All essentials covered from cotton pads, nail file, shower cap razor for each person, iron in the room hair drier in the room. Well equip mini fridge for our stay. The bed for me was the comfiest bed I have ever stayed in a hotel. The very thoughtful water dispenser at the lifts was also great as we filled our water bottles up before we left. Fruit basket also very thoughtful. We will stay here again as was perfect for us. Staff were all very helpful and polite, Hotel smelt clean, lovely aroma from fist moment we arrived. We were advised building work was getting done at the time between certain hours, this did not impact our stay at all. Only 1 slight negative for us but may just be a me thing, there was no milk in room for our coffee, i did ask a cleaner but this was not available. Seems to be possibly a British thing, again is obviously down to your preference etc, and i will plan for this next time we visit.

Room was clean and comfy but no black tea or milk in room. Breakfast again no black tea. Bar service is slow and bar menu very limited

Two busy days at hotel&conference. Everything worked. There was queue to coffee machines during breakfast and as heavy (coffee) drinker it was disappointment.

Completely overpriced! No service to speak of.. no proper reception desk, the lady at the entrance wasn’t welcoming. The security team was friendlier! The rooms are basic. The breakfast buffet basic as well. Only good point was its location very convenient if you have an event at IFEMA.
