Herr Philip Klaus was most helpful and patient with all queries also going out of his way to make me feel comfortable. The room was very clean , appropriately furnished and the breakfast buffet was amazing and affordbake and staff were also very attentive. Loved my stay here and the warm recepton plus the strategic location mean will reprat my stay here. Thank yoi very much Team Mecure.

A fine hotel that could do better

First, the very positive: Breakfast was excellent in all its aspects. Location is everything and the Mercure is ideally located. Some of the staff were very helpful on check-in and thereafter. Not ideal: too much noise and vibration coming from the ventilation system in the room. Suggestion: to indicate how it could be turned off. Not good: We were told that we had to request for our room to be cleaned - that we understood - but the front desk said to us we had to request one day in advance which is indicated nowhere, nor were we informed during our arrival. Not good at all: the night power cut during four hours was infomed by way of an A4 sheet on the table of our room, which we did not notice coming back late to the hotel that evening. We feel the hotel management should have taken other steps to better inform its customers. The front desk manager did propose a temporary solution to access electicity when we called at 23:30. The next morning breakfast was welcomed - it was very good. We also understand that for the price paid, services have limitation. See above Toilet and bathroom felt claustrophobic. One person was handicapped (legs) and had trouble using the toilet. Breakfast food and service were of high quality. Coffee did not match food quality. Was okay but not strong

Für mich als Alleinreisender ist die Größe völlig ausreichend. Ich hatte ein (kostenpflichtiges) Upgrade auf ein Zimmer in der 14. Etage. Da war der Blick über die Stadt fantastisch, Danke dafür. Ich kann nur das Frühstück bewerten und da war für jeden was dabei. Es gab zwar jeden Morgen die gleichen Produkte, aber das war so vielseitig, dass man für Abwechslung selbst sorgen konnte. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Kleines Manko: Ich hätte mir ein Kännchen Filterkaffee gewünscht, so dass das Anstehen am Automaten (für mich) wegfällt. Übrigens war der Service sehr aufmerksam so dass ständig abgeräumt wurde. Auch wurde auf die Möglichkeit Eierspeisen frisch zuzubereiten hingewiesen.
