I've stayed in this hotel few times for work related activities in Potsdam. It's located in a convenient area; close to the train station, several restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are comfy and nicely cleaned. Above all, staff at the front desk have always been very helpful and polite.

Nice rooms, clean. Some of the pillows were a bit tired and lumpy; no coffee in the room (!); breakfast is overpriced. In the question below, would I recommend the hotel: would be nice to have an intermediate answer. Was my stay fantastic? No. Was my stay horrible? Absolutely not. The staff were kind and courteous, the rooms were clean, and comfortable. But there were just a couple little touches missing. coffee in the room! had very little interaction with your staff, though my interaction was good with those I encountered. Helpful in providing maps and making recommendations for dinner.

I have been a long time member of the Accor loyalty programme, achieving Diamond status, I felt particularly let down by what is one of the higher standard brands in the group. Whilst i appreciate the current environment we live in, I felt that they were taking advantage and taking the easy way out. I recently stayed in another Accor hotel, the level of service provided was much more comprehensieve under possibly more restrictive conditions. May status was not recognised at check-in, it all seemed to difficult!

Due to COVID-19 situation is off course different and not as usual, despite this reception was very kind and helpful. I had pre-booked table for the restaurant, but it appeared to be closed when I arrived. This one should have told in advance, I especially looked for hotel with restaurant ! Breakfast offer was limited due to COVID-19, but acceptable. I did not get all advantages because of my seniority with Accor. Nothing negative to say about room and/or bed. Parking spaces for cars is limited, they did find a solution for me, but it is to small
