I would never have enough words to define the wonderful experience that we had at this beautiful hotel. Even if it is not located in the center of Amsterdam, the hotel is really the ideal place for those people who are looking for a professional and warming welcome. At check-in we were welcolmed by Joris, an excellent person who upgraded us, he gave us the possibility to stay in a priviledge room with a wonderful view on the city. A spaceful room with several amenities and a confortable bedroom. He is very professional and ready to help you from your arrival. Thanks to Accor membership we had a unique experience in terms of breakfast, we were welcomed in an additional place of the restaurant where we were treated as special guests with a variety of products of an excellent quality. I would really like to thank Sylwia, Barbara, Gurmail, Awi and the rest of the breakfast team for their smile and their unconditional kindness! Thanks to Emmanuella as well at the reception. The hotel is really modern, beautiful and comfortable. We felt as if we were at home. The shower is just magnificent, they propose five different shower and beauty products, what makes a big difference compared to other hôtels of the same level. The Subway is not far away from the hotel and it is a good option if you are looking for a calm place to stay. Everything is well-designed to make feel guests as if they were at home.
