I booked on the website from 5-7 Dec - 2nights- and should have received around 735 loyalty points. I explicitly wrote to the hotel that I will be arriving not on 5th but on 6th morning around 9 am. The reason I'm bookng 5th is because i wanted to come and sleep. Hotel responded to my email and acknowledge it. On the 6th, when i landed at 7 am, i received SMS that hotel has charged 1 night and cancelled the booking (I'm fine with charging, i know how it works). When i arrived to the hotel at 9 am , turns out my booking was cancelled. I explained situation to the concierge and he reinstated the booking. But because he reinstated it , now it counted as 1 night stand and in the app i saw that i will receive 435 loyalty points. I was supposed to become Silver member with those 2 nights and could've gotten upgrade or compliment on reaching new level, but because of this cancellation now it was not enough. I know how your system works, i stayed within accor network before and even when i'm checking in the morning, never ever my booking was cancelled or i lost nights/ points. Please review this situation, I'm happy to give more details. Give me my 2 nights and 735 loyalty points.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything went exactly as expected. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, with a very professional attitude. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. I truly had an excellent stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff were excellent. Free room upgrade when you become a member. Our room with a view (14th floor) was perfect. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel. Short walking distance to the metro. Snack shop on onsite so appreciated late at night. Will definitely come again

The hotel has a good location, the staff was helpful. We booked two rooms for 4 nights. In one of the rooms we had heating problem. We had to change rooms for the remaining 2 nights. The breakfast had a good variety of food selection. Overall it was satisfactory.
