Zion provided excellent service at check in. He helped with early check in, was friendly and provided local recommendations. Thank you. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value and close to public transport. We would stay again due to the great service received.

I normally stay at Mercures worldwide but was pleasantly surprised by this one since the staff was super kind, the installations were new, cool and spacious, the room was big and comfortable and the service was impeccable. From check-in to check out, my loyalty status was recognized (something hard these days in any chain) and benefits applied without having to ask or struggle. The exclusive breakfast corner is a nice touch and the small Amsterdam gifts also. We will be back for sure!

Nice experience..the location was perfect but Air conditioning was hot during all stays
