The hotel is ideally located, just a 10-minute walk from Futuroscope, making it very convenient for a family visit. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming across all areas, from reception to breakfast and the bar, greatly enhancing the experience. The buffet restaurant is convenient with a good variety, especially practical for families, and the bar area is cosy and pleasant for relaxing in the evening. The swimming pool is a real plus after a day at the park. Rooms are clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate, though fairly standard. Overall, a very pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, good facilities and outstanding staff. We would gladly return.

The rooms resemble a prison cell, so small, shabby, with no curtains. Too basic, indeed. The breakfast is worse than in the majority of other Ibises we stayed at. The beds are uncomfortable, in this case as in all Ibis hotels, unfortunately.

Extremely poor welcome from the receptionist, who was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the room wasn’t even prepared when I arrived. By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay here again.
