Staff seem to be a bit defensive when asked for assistance food options seem to be to dry and salty with mostly chilli- thirst promoting. Your staff member Jay who was on reception 6 Jan was excellent and very helpful

Very well located, loved the ease of travel around sydney. The room's get a bit too warm in the evenings while waiting for the air-con to cool the rooms. Parking was an issue with Novotel and Ibis parking always full and I had to park in Wilson. No issues with Wilson but the Novotel staff did not explain how to properly claim back cheaper parking and I ended up paying twice to Novotel and Wilson for the same parking. Also Novotel told me to relocate parking to an available slot that was not existent which wasted my money and time.

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. We also loved the convenience of being able to have our meals right there at the motel. All of our meals were so good.

Hotel was well located and nicely appointed. There were some issues with one of our rooms not being ready and we had to chase that up a few times. We also had trouble making a dinner reservation at the Ternary, we made it with reception but the restaurant didn’t have a record of the booking.
