My husband and I stayed with our two kids and my elderly parents for a night & enjoyed our stay but none of us are rushing back to book again. We checked in at 3.45pm (check in is 3pm) and one of the rooms wasn’t ready. I had also received an email about rebooking breakfast and got confirmation that it was booked for us however the person checking us in had no pre booking. The rooms were fine - nothing special - but they were clean. With the little cafe section closed at night I enquired with the front desk where I could get water from and they were clueless - my husband had to find a local supermarket to go grab us some. The pool was disgusting though!!! Rubbish all through the area and the water was murky. The balcony where the pool is, is also really low? And chairs and tables positioned right up to the balcony? So very easy for someone to fall off or a child to climb on a table and fall! Of course children need to be watched at all times, but this felt negligent.

Poor House keeping & room cleaning. Towels with lip stick marks. Soiled Bed sheets not changed. Staff did not pick litter, emptied bottles.
