excellent stay but I do feel they need more staff. The few I saw work very hard. Saturday morning one member of staff covering reception, breakfast service and back of house as well as dealing with phone calls and requests to open the garage access. not quite Ibis or Accor standards!!

The hotel is located perfectly and tge staff is super nice and attentive. Down side is that the entrance to the garage is only possible for small cars and the AC is turned off in September while it's still hot outside

The ambience of the room felt soulless, and the fittings could be streamlined /updated, eg shelving unit, and the unit in the entrance which has no particular function. Shower head attachment did not stay in place. Parking charge feels excessive. Positives: very comfortable hard mattress. Excellent breakfast. Friendly/helpful staff on Reception

Rooms are ok, staff generally also. Escalator out of order (for some months now as this was our second stay) No shower gel in the shower.. TV/ remote not working properly, took 30 minutes plus of repeated effort to use Miracast. Breakfast terrible - no bread, no cheese, no scrambled egg and when brought to attention of staff no urgency in refilling. Had finished 2 coffees and croissants well before bread arrived. Scrambled agh that was out out was cold.
