Jan D. K. S. Business - 10/16/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

This hotel use to be amazing and the staff use to be professional, but now no one is available to reply by telephone or by email. I highly don’t recommend this Mercure, the staff from the Mercure Gare de Nancy is more efficient and reactive.

Helen F. Business - 10/14/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

I really appreciated being allocatex a quiet room ad requested. I was however very curious as to how the hotel - a block away from Place Stanislas - can claim to have a view of Place Stanislas!

Stuart D. Solo - 10/14/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

Initially given the key to a room that was already occupied! That was quickly resolved. Room adequate for one person, would be cramped for two, and the lack of any shelves/drawers for clothing was a surprise in a 4* hotel. All staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay.

Kathryn W. Couples - 9/30/2026 Confirmed reviews ALL

Convenient and comfortable location for a short stay, visiting Nancy. The room was quiet, despite being close to the centre of town.

Just where you want to be located - central, but not noisy. Easy parking, helpful staff. Decor is probably overdue for some updating.
