The online check in was very easy, the hotel was very quiet, and the room was clean. Staff were very friendly and the cafe downstairs is good for snacks/drinks. Definitely recommend - walking distance from the airport or train station.

Staying at the IBIS Hotel, does what it says on the tin, with travel for early morning flights the overnight stay takes the strain out of the journey, no particular frills, a short walk from the airport terminal, clean and tidy and a bed for a few hour’s sleep.

Staff food customer service smiles helpful breakfast all outstanding Id like to give a special thankyou to Desmond ikuesan for his help over and above the call of duty . To all the staff on that shift top to bottom made the stay so amazing As a footnote I grew up in restaurants my parents were restauranteurs x4 I am.a trained chef and have my certs for hot cat worked on cruise liners and Glen eagles

Had a really nice stay here night before flying from Luton airport. Was clean and best was so comfortable. Food was also really good as well as the service from the really nice ladies. Was a 7 minute walk to the airport. Will definitely stay again when flying late.
