location is great rooms are nicely furnished and quiet downsides: limited laundry service: if you don't give your laundry before 3PM, you can only give it to laundry the day after, which will give it back under express set-up by say 6-8PM if express, so you can easily end up with *more* than 24 hours wait for laundry, even paying express, which is annoying.

Concierge and other service staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was prompt and professional, constantly checking in on our well-being and how our stay had been. During my four-night stay there, I had the chance to use the gym in the morning on two occasions and found it well-equipped. Despite not using the pool, I saw it being used by other hotel patrons and the pool appeared very well-maintained and clean.

I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised Mastercard complimentary breakfast offer, which I even reconfirmed with customer service via WhatsApp prior to booking and arrival. However, upon check-in, the front desk refused to honor it, claiming the promotional PDF was out of date. It is extremely frustrating to have an officially confirmed offer denied at check-in, and I hope Accor will address this misleading experience and make it right.

The room stay was pleasant. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Location is really good with the food alley that sells many cheap and delicious food! Siam Pandan is also outside the hotel which is my favourite! Glad that the windows were close to sound proof as i couldn’t hear the vehicle sounds when on bed. But if u stand near the window, u could hear the vehicles engine. One aera to improve is to make the room door soundproof. Every morning I’m awaken when other guests open and close the door, housekeeping walking and knocking on other guest doors can be heard too. The room furniture is also pretty old as I face issues with the cupboard and toilet door. Toilet door was mentioned it is not meant to lock for safety reason. Cupboard sliding was fixed after calling for assistance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Siam, with Siam BTS station, shopping malls, restaurants, cafés and plenty of massage shops all within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how convenient it was to get around Bangkok without needing to rely on taxis. The hotel is a great choice for both shopping and sightseeing, particularly if you want to stay somewhere central and close to public transport. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with an unbeatable location. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok.

Great location but the infrastructure is a little dated. Was assigned 14th floor with strong stench of cigarette smell along the corridor. Did not get my welcome drinks in the ALL App despite informing reception on numerous occasions (but it is no a deal breaker) It is the 3rd I am staying in this hotel this year. The lift upgrade has gone on for more than 6 months and is still work in progress. Hotel staff are helpful as always. So I would say the software aspects (as in the human aspects) has always been consistently been great but the hardware is long due for an upgrade.

Hotel was refurbished before/during covid as i last remember coming to stay. i am a supporter of Novotel Siam as it is near the BTS and has good environment around the hotel. However, the stay was disappointed for me as i have itch when lying on the bed per me and my wife. it feel like bed bug. Even if i sit on the fabric sofa, it seem to be the same as i gotten itchy just sitting there. You might want to consider engaging third-party company to do in-depth cleaning of the fabric material in the hotel room. Wooden edges such as fridge area and the sitting area beside fridge was in bad condition with either the wood chipped off or the sitting area semi slanted. Might be due to the previous guest who spolit the area. Overall it is the sleeping experiences that make my stay this time round very uncomfortable. But regardless, it is still my number one to-stay hotel whenever i come Bangkok.
