Well located, friendly stuff, extremely noisy room all night/morning long (the room was facing a street where a tram was passing), for having hot water it was needed to wait for more than 5 min.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre & central station. Tram 1 stops outside which takes you to the centre & Duomo. Friendly staffed, was able to store luggage until we left for the airport. Good breakfast with different options. We had an evening meal on the first night at the restaurant which was yum. Good clean tidy rooms, only negative was there is no coffee facilities in the rooms.

as per my remebership i have a right to upgrade the room but there's no room at the hotel during my visit. I wish i'd be checked before my check-in so i can have mu upgrade room
