House keeping staff enters in the room before check out at 9am

House keeper has entered into the room while I was taking a shower at 9am on Saturday morning, knok yhe door and open it without informing Breakfast was a horrible experience, extremely poor: no croissant, no milk for a macchiato coffee although the closure time was 10am, at 9.20am everything was empty and we had to have breakfast outside the hotel

Disappointing experience

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The property itself is in poor condition, and once inside the room, things didn’t improve. The room was dirty, giving an overall sense of neglect. The pillow cover had visible stains, and the strong smell of smoke made the stay unpleasant. The general impression is of a place that is poorly maintained and not properly cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic level of cleanliness and comfort during their stay.

Common area is good but not the room. Fleas bite. Towels aged.
