The personell in the hotel were welcoming, and the location was very good and close to the city center. One major downside was the sound isolation of the windows — I consistently was woken up at around 6 am from truck deliveries and other noises from the street. I checked that the window was closed properly by opening and closing it tightly, but it didn't help — I could still hear people speaking in the street from the third floor. There was also some construction work being done in a neighboring room, including drilling sounds at 7:30 in the morning. Otherwise a good experience.

I enjoyed the stay and complimentary water bottles. But was not sure about how to contact front desk thru App. Also more English channels like CNN or CNBC would be good.
