Hello, We are sincerely sorry for this negative experience and fully understand your disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that all our linens are systematically replaced with clean, laundered linens after each guest's departure. It is absolutely impossible to re-let a room in our establishment without a complete change of linens and cleaning. The situation you describe therefore falls outside our usual procedures, and we take your feedback very seriously. As our reception is available 24/7, we would have immediately offered you a room change or a prompt intervention had the problem been reported to us during your stay. Nevertheless, we thank you for your feedback, which allows us to reinforce our vigilance with our housekeeping teams.

Very dirty the breakfirst buffet , incredible dirty everything !! knifes forks spoons glasses cups Nothing recomendable !! The coffee taste like dirty water !!! Realy a big mass !!

The room was dirty, the bed was full of hair. I think they haven’t even cleaned or changed the bed sheets after the previous visitors!!! So disappointed!!!

Great overnight stay on the way to Spain. Managed to get booked in easily. Arrived late but checked in OK. I missed breakfast but was still able to grab a bite and a drink. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable.
