The hotel sound proofing is not good, and we can hear everyone passing by outside the room. The fact that there is no elevator in the hotel should be mentioned clearly while booking. We did not have a problem, but if we had more luggage, or a physical disability, it could have been a big problem. One of the staff members at reception was not very polite. The bathroom sink had problems with water draining. We did not tell the staff because we noticed it late at night just before going to sleep. The rooms are very clean however. It was good enough for one night's stay.

The staff and room were fine. The noise from presumably the air conditioning outlet on the roof / outside was far too loud and intrusive even with all doors closed. Perhaps needs servicing.

I didn’t have any booking and I needed a place to stay from 8am I called over the phone and I was told that they can have a room for me by 10am it was so much better of course I had to pay extra

Propreté des chambres correcte. L’accueil est chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est sous forme de buffet (peu d’option pour les vegans). Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. La tv est accroché au mur pour un gain de place. Salle de bain avec serviette et sèche cheveux.
