Stayed here before as its excellent location and very good value. Had a twin room, it was quiet and clean. We were allowed access early as it was ready so that was greatly appreciated. The shower head did not work properly though as there was something wrong with it and you had pin your head into a corner to get water on you. I did asked that it be looked at which it was but nothing changed. All in all though its a great hotel, great staff and would definitely stay here. Love gdansk!!

Stayed three nights at the hotel. Service was friendly and helpful, room size was OK and the beds were comfortable. The wall to wall carpeting was unpleasant and hopefully the material will be changed in the future. The toilet/bath room arrangement was exceptionally complicated. There was no wash basin in the separate toilet so one had to move to the bath room to wash hands every time after using the toilet. The shower cubicle in the bath room was uncomfortably small.

Four nights with my children in Gdansk. Renting cycles for free from Novotel was a great way to explore city and its outskirts - Westerplatte. Breakfasts were copious and delicious. Thank you!
