Third time staying at this hotel in Gdansk! It's very centrally located for sightseeing. First time we have had breakfast in this hotel and a very good variety.

Dear Angela, Thank you for your wonderful review and for choosing Novotel Gdańsk Centrum once again. We're truly honoured that this was already your third stay with us! It's fantastic to hear that you continue to enjoy our central location and that this time you had the opportunity to try our breakfast. We're delighted that the variety on offer met your expectations. Thank you as well for noticing the efforts of our housekeeping team. Whether it's keeping the rooms spotless or even cleaning the windows, our team works hard behind the scenes to create a pleasant environment for our guests, so it's lovely to see their work appreciated. We're especially pleased that you enjoyed our eco-friendly initiatives, such as the recycling facilities and water dispensers on each floor. Sustainability is an important part of what we do, and it's always rewarding when guests notice and value these efforts. And we're glad our reception colleague reminded you about your welcome drinks! Small gestures can make a stay even more enjoyable. 😊 Thank you again for your kind words and continued loyalty. We look forward to welcoming you back for your fourth stay in Gdańsk! Warm regards, Adrianna Lasinkiewicz Guest Experience Manager Novotel Gdańsk Centrum

Breakfast was a good addition to our stay. A couple of downsides: noisy ongoing ping pong games in lobby; difficulty arranging for Uber rides given challenging access to hotel. But received outstanding assistance from the front desk in arranging reliable taxi service.

Dear Jan, Thank you for your review and for your high rating. We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and that our front office team was able to assist you in arranging reliable transportation. I'm glad our reception team was able to help and find a suitable solution. Your kind words about the staff mean a lot to us, and I will be happy to share them with the team. At the same time, thank you for your constructive feedback regarding the noise from the ping-pong table in the lobby area. We understand that while these facilities are appreciated by many guests, they can occasionally affect the atmosphere in nearby public spaces. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Novotel Gdańsk Centrum in the future. Warm regards, Adrianna Lasinkiewicz Guest Experience Manager Novotel Gdańsk Centrum

The location was perfect, it was quiet yet walkable to dozens (hundreds?) of restaurants, bars, and sights. It was also adjacent to a major public transit line. The room was very comfortable with great storage. And the price was very reasonable.

Being within walking distance of the Old Town, restaurants and local attractions, while still offering a peaceful atmosphere, is something many of our guests appreciate. It's also great to know that you found your room comfortable, practical and good value for money. We always aim to provide a pleasant and convenient stay, so your feedback means a lot to us. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on your next visit to Gdańsk. Best regards, Adrianna Lasinkiewicz Guest Experience Manager Novotel Gdańsk Centrum
