Booking was easy, as was the online check-in. The reasons behind the scoring are as follows: 1) I contacted the hotel directly two days before our stay to ask if I needed to book a table in the restaurant and was told there was no need to. Upon arrival, I asked about eating in the restaurant and was told there was a big party in and it might not be possible to accommodate us, I said we were prepared to go straight into the restaurant and thankfully the restaurant could accommodate this. 2) the menu on the website was not the same as what was available in the restaurant, however we managed to find suitable food, which when served was very good. 3) green lights on both the phone and the heating control continually flashed and there was an intrusive green light in the room that was on all night which did not help get a good night's sleep

Hello, I am sorry that everything did not go smoothly for you. I apologise on behalf of the restaurant normally we can accommodate every guest, I am glad you was able to eat and enjoy your meal. We will certainly look into why the green lights was flashing on the phones this should not be happening. The green light near the door is a smoke detector in case of any fire.
