- complete lack of loyalty service among the staff ; - no amenities for Accor members, even not bottled water in the rooms, nothing = "0'' ; - rooms are noisy, old and urgently to be renovated ; - outside building old and urgently to be renovated ; - gym (electronic) equipment are not working ; - reception staff doesn't speak Dutch (?) ; PS : standard protocol after reading this review is that the GM sends an e-mail with so called mitigating actions. They should ACT instead of REACTING.

The stay was very bad Sofa was pulled out as an extra bed. So there was space. When I sat down on the bed, it was folded up Afterwards i ask to change the room It was not possible because it was fully booked. Next day i change the room Also the Sofa was pulled out as an extra bed. So i unistalled it my self. The mattress i put in the other room So the bed was now OK. But the heading system dosen't work. I speak more times with the receiption but nothing happened
