everything operational was fine except the shower door did not close (so either no shower or flood the room)

Pleasant stay, great people at the bar. But didn't receive an invoice after payment, even after reminding staff.

Please note that your reservation was made through an agency and the room was already paid via this third party. Therefore, the invoice for the accommodation must be requested directly from them. As an Accor Platinum member, Novotel has always been my favorite hotel brand. I arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in due to personal reasons. I would especially like to thank the Chinese-speaking Asian lady who was on night duty that day at the front desk. She was highly professional, warm, kind-hearted and friendly. She is among the best front desk staff I have ever met. Her wonderful service really touched me. The hotel is very comfortable. It only takes a 3-minute bus ride to the airport. I'm fully satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel.
