Dear Manager, I am very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. The room was in a terrible condition: dirty, stained bedding, and nothing like the pictures shown on your website. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I could not sleep properly during my stay. This was unacceptable and far from what was advertised. chambre réservée pour 4 personnes, pas de serviettes pour 4 mais pour deux, pas 4 oreillers mais deux seulement. Salle de bain propre mais vieillotte, avec rideau de douche. Personnel très accueillant et chaleureux.
