Following a terrible experience at another (non-Accor) hotel in Aix-en-Provence, we felt immensely relieved upon arriving at Novotel Marseilles Est Porte d’Aubagne. The staff warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond by accommodating us with an early check-in due to our sick daughter. The room suited our family of four perfectly. During our stay, we enjoyed the proximity to both Marseilles and Cassis, which were within easy driving distance. The hotel’s pool and breakfast were also highlights of our visit. While our stay was nearly perfect, a rude encounter with the receptionist at check-out marred the overall experience, preventing us from giving it a perfect score.

The check in was so quickly. The room is confortable and quiet. The kid enjoyed the pool and all other activities. Ms Dalila was very professional and flexible. Thanks a lo 👍🏻

Good location , close to Marseille, old hotel that need renovation

Old, tired & refreshment required hotel

Old hotel with the rooms refreshment required! All inside the rooms are very old, only one free el. socket in the room. Air Conditiong in the room not working, only make noise, after asking to fix, the guy make some movements, make it lauder, but finally only noise, no fresh air! Swiming pool promised to start at 10:00 (other Novotels started earlier, 10:00 is too late), but at 11:00 cleaning robot still was inside! Receptionists was very slow. Breakfast quiet poor and peolpe working very slow. Only 1 old guy at reception was very nice and speak good English, was also very gentle and fast.
